Next month’s Rugby Expo will bring together a panel of experts from both codes and the wider sports industry to share their experiences, discuss and debate ways in which clubs can use media and deliver effective content to underpin commercial strategy.

Founder & CEO – Seven League
As founder and CEO of digital sports consultancy Seven League, Richard brings a wealth of experience to the panel. Previously as Head of Digital for Manchester City FC, Richard transformed the club’s digital profile and business opportunity and was named “Digital Individual of the Year” at the DADI Awards in recognition of his work.
Chief Commercial Officer – Bath Rugby
Ben oversees all business activities relating to Bath Rugby including the marketing and commercial departments, as well as playing a key role in the club’s stadium redevelopment project. He joined Bath in 2017 with experience in senior commercial and marketing roles, including head of marketing for Chelsea FC and commercial director at Reading FC.
Head of Strategy – LiveWire Sport
Formerly a consultant, Tom now plays a key role in helping LiveWire Sport deliver its digital and social media consultancy services to organisations. Previously Tom spent seven years managing and working across World Rugby’s digital platforms and has already contributed on major projects for a number of LiveWire Sport clients including the British and Irish Lions.
Communications Manager – Warrington Wolves
Rachel has been in her role at Warrington Wolves since 2009, during which time the team has lifted three Challenge Cup trophies, claimed two League Leaders Shields and competed in three Grand Finals. Rachel joins the panel with extensive experience in marketing, PR and comms and building brand awareness in the competitive sports market.
Strategic Partner Manager for Sports – Facebook
Ronan joins the panel to share his experience of managing sports partnerships for Facebook across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He advises players, teams, leagues and media organisations on how to build their audiences to drive results.
