Stand Packages

Shell Schemes:

These are available in various sizes and provide an enclosed area made from velcro-compatible walling.

The shell scheme package includes:

• Rental of exhibition space
• Octanorm shell scheme with walls clad with grey loop nylon
• A package of one 500 watt 13 amp sockets and two 120 watt spotlights
• Electricity consumption
• Listing in the exhibition catalogue
• Logo and profile on the exhibitor section of the Rugby Expo website with a reciprocal hyperlink to your website
• Two complimentary tickets to the opening Cocktail Reception on Sunday 16 November, 2008
• Complimentary delegate place/s (according to stand size), allowing entry to the exhibition floor (includes conference sessions)
• Entry for your stand staff (according to stand size). Excludes entry into seminar/workshop sessions
• Pre-event delegate list

Space only sites:

Floor-space only areas offer exhibitors the chance to design and build a bespoke stand using their own contractor. Please note the maximum build height for space only stands is 4 metres.

The space only package includes:

• Rental of exhibition space

• Electricity consumption
• Logo and profile on the exhibitor section of the Rugby Expo website with a reciprocal hyperlink to your website

Shell and Space Only Packages

Delegate and Staff Stand Passes for Exhibitors

Complimentary delegate and stand staff passes are allocated according to the size of your stand. Please refer to the below table for allocation:

Calculate Your Stand Cost

To calculate the cost of your stand, multiply the length and width of your selected stand to give you the total size in square meters.

1) Calculate the area e.g. 3m x 3m = 9m²

2) Multiply the total area by £499 to give you your stand cost E.g. 9m² x £499 = £4491 + VAT
