Stand packages and related costs

Shell schemes are available in various sizes and provide an enclosed area made from velcro-compatible walling.

The shell scheme package includes:

• Shell scheme as standard (space only optional)
• Electricity supply and consumption
• Name board
• 2 x chairs
• 1 x table + table cloth
• Fully carpeted stand
• Listing in the delegate brochure
• Company profile on the Rugby Expo site with a link to your website
• Complimentary delegate place/s (according to stand size), allowing entry to the exhibition floor (includes conference sessions)
• Pre-event delegate list
• Access to the Rugby Expo 2010 networking tool

Floor-space only areas offer exhibitors the chance to design and build a bespoke stand using their own contractor. Please note the maximum build height for space only stands is 4 metres. The above benefits are all included apart from the shell scheme walls.

Calculate your stand cost

1) Calculate the area e.g. 3m x 2m = 6m2
2) Multiply the total area by £499 to give you your stand cost E.g. 6m2 x £499 = £2994 + VAT
